We have just come from a 4 day stay in this hotel that we booked to celebrate our Golden Wedding. The hotel is in a great position right next to the Madeleine church and very close to the high end shopping streets and the grands magasins. The hotel is not cheap, but you get a wonderful experience. The manager and his staff go out of their way to ensure that you have a good stay and that any questions or concerns that you have can be answered. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a junior suite, with a huge bed, 2 chairs and a table and 2 windows opening onto the street. It was great to be able to stand on the balcony and absorb the ambience, though you soon discover that central Paris is rarely quiet! Fortunately the double glazing of the windows was excellent. Food can be served in the room whenever, and you have the use of the Grand Cafe for food at any time of the day. The breakfasts were fantastic, and very conducive to lingering on the terrace just chilling and absorbing. If you don’t want to eat in, there are innumerable cafés and restaurants within very short distances, and the staff are very helpful in advising. However, if you help yourself to the tempting range of free Fauchon goodies available in the room, you may find that your appetite is a little compromised! All in all this is a lovely hotel to stay in if you wish to treat yourself and we hope to return there before too long. Thoroughly recommend.

This is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever visited. This hotel must be used as University how to prepare people working in this industry. An exceptional professional is the general manager of the hotel, who sees everything and works with every single employee. The rooms are lovely: large, spacious, stocked with light snacks, well-chosen Nespresso capsules, nice tea and water. Very comfortable slippers, Dyson hair dryer, luxurious bedding, huge beds. I really liked the cards that they leave every time when the room is cleaned. The location of the hotel is TOP. Everything is within walking distance. Finally: I would like to have everywhere when I travel one Fauchon hotel. And if I return to Paris, there will be no other accommodation option for us.

Amazing experience. Friendly and thoughtful staff who welcomed us with complimentary drinks and small snacks. Our room was ready earlier than expected with more nice compliments inside. Room is modern with excellent quality linen and selection of pillows. Its also equipped with bathing ropes and cozy slippers, all bathroom cosmetics is from Fauchon brand. I should separately mention mini bar station with complimentary water and Fauchon branded snacks, and Nespresso capsules. They even put a cleaning cloth for glasses when we were away.

Hotel staff = great service. Very attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to our requests, from hard to get restaurant reservations to sightseeing tickets / transportation. Unfortunately my daughter got sick the last two days but the staff did a fantastic job of helping her our and making her as comfortable as possible. Location = really great. Easy, central access to pretty much everything you want to see or the shops you’ll want to visit. Food = great. It’s Fauchon so the meals were all very good.
